Support & Maintenance
 
Code Blast offer support and maintenance contracts based on an annual agreement and payable on a monthly or quarterly basis.

The cost of the maintenance would be based on the amount of servers and workstations in your organisation and the expected level of user competence. However if small additions to your equipment were made there would be no additional charges.

Code Blast offer a number of different support and maintenance options:
  • Monthly retainer - there would be no visits, but your organisation would have up to 3 hours of telephone support a month.

  • Quarterly visit - An engineer would be onsite for up to one day every three months, there would also be up to 3 hours telephone support a month, any additional time would be charged on a pro-rata basis.

  • Monthly visit - An engineer would be onsite for up to half a day every month. There would also be up to 3 hours telephone support a month with any additional time being charged on a pro-rata basis.
